Non-Profit Soapbox

U.S. and multinational corporations have shown leadership in revising internal policies in ways that reflect the reality that fair and equal workplaces are more productive than those that discriminate. The Council urges that this reality be reflected more uniformly in corporate human resource policies around the world, and that corporations increasingly make clear their support for equality and fairness across their global engagement. In this effort, the Council often connects global corporations to local advocates for LGBTI fairness.
